From Paarl (25 minute drive)

On the N1 towards Cape Town, take the McIntyre / Plattekloof turnoff to your leftAt the first traffic light turn right into De Grendel RoadKeep straight till you see the Smithland road sign on you leftGo around the circle to your rightFollow the Smithland signsYou will see the apartments on your right hand side and the office on your left hand side.
 

From Cape Town (15 minute drive)

On the N1 towards Paarl, take the Mc Intyre / Plattekloof turnoff and turn rightAt the first traffic light after the bridge turn right into De Grendel RoadKeep straight till you see the Smithland road sign on you leftGo around the circle to your rightFollow the Smithland signsYou will see the apartments on your right hand side and the office on your left hand side.
 

From Sir Lowry’s pass / Strand (30 minute drive)

On the N2, take the R300 turnoff to BellvilleOn the R300 take the N1 turnoff for Cape TownOn the N1 take the take the McIntyre / Plattekloof turnoff to your leftAt the first traffic light turn right into De Grendel RoadKeep straight till you see the Smithland road sign on you leftGo around the circle to your rightFollow the Smithland signsYou will see the apartments on your right hand side and the office on your left hand side.
